About Our Practice
Appointments / Cancellations
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work and preschool children should be scheduled early in the day. Children are better able to cooperate and will have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum. For the convenience of our middle school and high school patients, we offer late afternoon appointments.
We request 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued broken confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the
following hours:
Monday – Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday-Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Later hours are reserved for middle school and high school students.
Finances
It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality treatment. We accept all major credit cards, cash or checks.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered.
Insurance
We do not accept any insurance. We will provide you with an insurance form for your reimbursement.
