We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. Our NYC pediatric dentists recommend that children with extensive dental work or preschool-aged children should be scheduled early in the day. Children are better able to cooperate and will have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require your child to miss school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school hours can be kept to a minimum. For the convenience of our middle school and high school patients, we offer late afternoon appointments.

We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged for every appointment canceled within 24 hours. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all of our patients. Continued no-shows for confirmed appointments may result in an additional charge.
