About the Doctors
Deborah Pilla, DDS, PC
Dr. Deborah Pilla has been making children smile since 1981. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at SUNY at Buffalo and completed her pediatric dental residency at Montefiore Medical Center. She also completed a pediatric dental fellowship at Columbia University for patients with special needs and earned a New York state certification in dental sedation.
Before starting her own practice, Dr. Pilla was on staff at Blythedale Children's Hospital for over five years caring for special needs patients
Dr. Pilla is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Association of Women Dentists and the New York Society of Dentistry for Children. She is affiliated with Lenox Hill Hospital.
In her spare time, Dr. Pilla volunteers with the Baby Face Foundation on the Medical Board. She has two sons, and enjoys traveling and knitting.
Ann Lambert, DDS
Dr. Ann Lambert received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from SUNY @ Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine and her specialty training from Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Hospital.
Dr. Lambert is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also state certified in conscious sedation. She is a clinical instructor at Montefiore Hospital and is on staff at Lenox Hill Hospital and White Plaines Medical Center.
Dr. Lambert is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the New York Society of Dentistry for Children. Dr. Lambert’s free time is spent with her young daughter.
Liraz Spear, DDS, FAAPD
Dr. Liraz Spear is a board certified pediatric dentist. She graduated from Columbia University’s School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1998. Dr. Spear completed her residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in June of 2000.
Dr. Spear is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association. She also holds a New York State certificate in conscious sedation. Dr. Spear is an assistant clinical professor at Columbia University.
In her spear time Dr. Spear tends to her twins, travels and finds time to march in the Thanksgiving Day Parade.
